Network Operations Centre
Remote support is provided by highly-accredited engineers from our Network Operations Centre. Every member of the team is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. They’re available from 8am to 6pm, offering sophisticated technical support for complex challenges.
With our own regional service centres in Cheltenham, Leeds and London, we can reach you quickly if onsite support is needed. We also have access to a 600-strong nationwide network of reliable third-party engineers. Service level agreements are set up at the outset of our partnership, and we have the capacity and capability to ensure we don’t let you down.
Customer relationship services
Our service management system provides automated alerts on print and infrastructure. And support staff are on-hand in business hours for those occasions when one-to-one human support is needed.
